The Same Room.
A Completely Different Listing.

An empty room photographs as an empty room, and empty rooms do not get booked. Take hold of the handle and drag to see what a Final Fix does to a bare sitting room.

Property 01 • Surrey • Three-Bed Let

The Ashcroft Road Sitting Room

Beige carpet and a builder’s fire surround gave way to a warm, layered scheme that reads well in photographs and wears well between changeovers. Five weeks, no walls moved.

The Final Fix Standard

Warm and Neutral, and Proven to Work.

A holiday let is not the place for your taste, or ours. It has to feel warm and considered to a stranger arriving at eleven at night, photograph well on a listing, and survive a changeover every three days. That points to one answer — a calm, neutral scheme with real texture in it — and we have refined ours over two hundred properties.

Because the scheme is already resolved, the work is fast. We hold trade accounts across furniture, lighting and textiles, order everything against one specification, take a single delivery and install the whole property in a matter of days rather than months.

The units were sound and the walls stayed exactly where they were. Everything a guest can see changed — and nothing they cannot. Drag across to compare.

The Priory Gardens Kitchen

Hand-painted in-frame cabinetry, honed marble and a terracotta floor, with the back door swapped for slim steel glazing to pull the garden into the listing photographs. Six weeks, same footprint.

What We Do

How It Works

Scheme & Specification

We walk the property once, then hand you a single resolved scheme — every room, every finish, every piece of furniture specified and costed. Neutral by design, so it dates slowly and suits everyone who walks in.

Sourcing & Supply

Furniture, lighting, textiles, crockery, artwork and the things everyone forgets. Ordered on our trade accounts against one specification and consolidated into a single delivery, so you never take a phone call about a missing lampshade.

Install & Handover

We turn up, build it, hang it, style it and photograph it. You get a fixed written quote, a property ready for its listing, and an inventory you can hand straight to your cleaner.

The Room Everyone
Walks Straight Through.

The hallway is the first thing a guest sees and the last thing most owners think about. No walls moved and not a square foot gained — earthy colour, bare timber and a proper floor did it. Drag across to compare.

Property 03 • Hackney • Two-Bed City Let

The Nevill Road Hallway

Carpet up and an encaustic tiled floor down, earthy clay above the dado against chalky panelling below, and the balustrade stripped back to bare timber. Three weeks.
